Corn Halwa is basically prepared from mashed corn, coconut powder, sugar and dry fruit powder.

Time required for preparation: 10 minutes
Time required for cooking: 15 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients: 1) Sweet corn kernels (250 gms)
2) Sugar (100 gms)

3) A pinch of jaiphal powder (nutmeg)
4) Milk (1 cup)
5) Pure ghee (1 cup)
6) Mava (khoya) 1 cup
7) Dry fruit powder (2 teaspoons)
8) Coconut powder (2 teaspoons)

Procedure:
1) In a vessel, boil the corn and blend in a mixture to make it in a form of thick paste.
2) In a pan heat ghee and add the paste of corn and saut? it for 2 minutes on low flame heat.
3) When ghee starts leaving from the side, pour 1 cup of milk and sugar approximately of 100 gms and mix it well till the mixture becomes thick.
4) After it becomes thick, add 1 cup of mava, coconut powder, and Dry fruit powder.
5) Sprinkle the nutmeg powder or you could even add some elaichi powder.
6) Serve Hot
Garnish it with fine chopped pieces of almonds, cashew or pistachios.

Asparagus and Rice Soup Fast Recipe

Ingredients:

* 4 clove(s) garlic, crushed and peeled

* 1/3 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
* 2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
* 2 cup(s) russet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
* 3 cup(s) leeks, chopped, 1/4 inch of white and all green parts
* 2 bay leaves
* 1 tablespoon(s) coarse sea salt or kosher salt, plus more to taste
* 1 1/2 pound(s) fresh asparagus, cut into 1/3-inch chunks, plus more spears for garnish
* 1 cup(s) Arborio rice
* Freshly ground pepper, to taste
* 1/2 cup(s) grated Grana Padano or Parmigiano-Reggiano, plus more to taste

Directions:

* Saut? garlic with 1/3 cup olive oil in a heavy-bottomed, 6-quart pot over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
* Add potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until crusty but not browned, 4 to 5 minutes.
* Add leeks and cook until softened, 3 to 4 minutes.
* Add 5 quarts water, bay leaves, and 1 tablespoon salt.
* Stir well, scraping potatoes from pot bottom.
* Cover, bring to a boil, and add cut asparagus.
* Lower heat to vigorous simmer and cook, uncovered, about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until reduced by a third.
* Add rice, bring to a boil, and cook 10 minutes.
* Remove from heat and season with pepper and more salt to taste.
* Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1/2 cup grated cheese.
* If desired, steam remaining asparagus and garnish.
* Serve hot.

Chicken Marengo Recipe

Ingredients:
* Three chicken cutlets, sliced while slightly frozen
* Salt and pepper
* Half cup all-purpose-flour
* Three tablespoons vegetable oil
* One sliced sweet onion
* Half pound sliced mushrooms
* One seeded, julienned yellow bell pepper
* Two tablespoons tomato paste
* Half cup white wine
* Half cup chicken broth
* One can chopped tomatoes
* Half tablespoon butter

Directions:

1. Add salt and pepper to the chicken according to taste and slowly sift in flour.

2. Heat oil in a large pan on a medium flame and add chicken. Fry till golden brown. Keep on a plate separately.

3. Add more oil in the same pan and put in the onion, mushrooms and peppers. Saut? till soft but not overcooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4. Add the tomato paste and keep stirring, cooking for few more minutes.

5. Turn up flame and add wine to the pan. Let it reduce for 3 minutes.

6. Mix in chicken broth and tomatoes. Once the mixture begins to bubble a little bit, add chicken and allow to simmer by cutting down heat.


7. Cook until chicken is warmed completely. Turn off flame and add butter.

8. Serve the perfect chicken recipe immediately!

Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Salad:
* ? pound of Farfalle pasta
* Freshly ground pepper
* ? tablespoon olive oil
* ? yellow squash sliced
* ? zucchini squash
* ? cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
* ? cup packed fresh basil leaves
* ? cup parsley leaves

Dressing:
* 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
* 1 slightly crushed garlic cloves
* ? teaspoon stone ground mustard
* ? teaspoon dried oregano
* ? teaspoon dried basil
* ? teaspoon salt
* Pinch of black pepper
* ? cup extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:
1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente and drain. Add pepper and olive oil, and toss.

2. Dressing recipe: add vinegar to a blender and shut. Add garlic, mustard, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper through opening. Add olive oil slowly to the blending dressing.

3. Mix dressing, pasta and vegetables thoroughly.

4. Enjoy the yummy pasta recipe!
