Fire up your METABOLISM (w/this breathing technique)

Many people ask me how yoga is different from other exercises, particularly in regards to stress. I mean, when you really think about it, you do wonder at times..."How is it that wrapping my leg over my head, folding forward and twisting all at the same time is supposed to calm me?"
